ASPIRE wins EU Funding for building unbiased candidate matching platform on a blockchain protocol.
We are proud to announce, that we have been awarded a development grant from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) supported KEEP+ programme. With this additional funding ASPIRE team will work on releasing our platform to the market to enable the most accurate unbiased match between employer and the employee.
KEEP+ is a new ERDF supported programme that provides businesses with flexible opportunities for innovation with a focus on the development of new products and services. Funding received by ASPIRE will support the efforts to build and test our corporate and individual assessment solutions and application of the Augmented Intelligence that form the basis of the matching algorithm. We have partnered up with an experienced dev team from Ukraine, TecSynt, who have brought the HR, tech and blockchain expertise required to build a unique solution supporting enterprises and candidates globally.
ASPIRE platform will utilise behavioural science, Augmented Intelligence and blockchain technology to accurately and objectively assess, profile and match the A Players with the enterprise. Our development to date has allowed us to start testing our corporate assessment methodology and we are most encouraged by a positive yet constructive feedback we received.
“We are very happy to have won the funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)”, said Justyna Nowicka, the CEO and co-founder of ASPIRE JS. “Our team in the UK and Ukraine has been working hard to bring the project to this stage and we cannot wait to bring our platform to our clients.”
